Senior Project Manager (Healthcare)

Senior Project Manager | Dublin | Hybrid | Permanent

Hiring on behalf of a client seeking a Project Manager to join a specialist advisory team delivering complex programmes across the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client projects across all stages of the lifecycle
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout delivery
• Conduct research and data analysis to support development of strategic recommendations
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and project documentation including Project Plans, RAID Logs, and Status Updates
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies
• Contribute to proposals, tender documentation, and business development activity
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Monitor sector trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to inform project strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years' project management experience, ideally within consulting or professional services
• Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare system
• End-to-end project delivery experience within scope, timeline, and budget
• PM certification required — PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent
• Change Management certification advantageous (Prosci, CCMP, or CMP)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report writing and presentations
• Third-level degree with strong academic record

Nice to have

• Clinical background or prior exposure to healthcare advisory services
• Experience preparing tender documentation and supporting business development
